我是 陳葵懋（Ian Chen），現任一等一科技研發部主任工程師，同時是 Microsoft AI MVP 與 Microsoft Certified Trainer（MCT）。自 2012 年起連續 15 年獲選 Microsoft MVP，整體軟體設計與開發資歷超過 20 年，專精商業應用系統開發、雲端服務與 AI 應用整合。
我的實務經驗橫跨商業應用系統、Chatbot、雲端服務、AI 應用整合、企業知識庫與 Agentic AI 架構設計。近年聚焦生成式 AI、RAG、AI Agent 與 MCP 等技術發展，並持續透過課程、演講與著作，推動企業與開發者理解新一代 AI 應用開發模式。曾投入 K.NET 技術社群，經驗涵蓋 ASP.NET、Web API、C#、Xamarin、Machine Learning、Chatbot、AI 與雲端服務、容器化、系統架構，以及 App 與 Web 系統整合。
I'm Ian Chen (陳葵懋), Lead Engineer in the R&D division at e-Excellence, a Microsoft AI MVP and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). Recognized as a Microsoft MVP for 15 consecutive years since 2012, I also bring 20+ years of experience in software design and development, specializing in enterprise applications, cloud services and AI integration.
My work spans business applications, chatbots, cloud services, AI integration, enterprise knowledge bases and agentic AI architecture. In recent years I've focused on generative AI, RAG, AI Agents and MCP, helping enterprises and developers adopt the next generation of AI application patterns through courses, talks and books. My background also covers the K.NET community, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, Xamarin, machine learning, chatbots, AI & cloud services, containerization, system architecture, and App/Web system integration.

疫情期間開發的 LINE Chatbot，民眾只要傳送所在位置，即可即時查到鄰近實名制口罩販售藥局的名稱、地址與電話。為解決政府公開資料僅有地址的問題，另行開發地址轉座標程式以計算距離並推薦最近藥局；服務建構於 Microsoft Azure 之上，能在尖峰流量下快速恢復。
A LINE chatbot built during the pandemic: users share their location and instantly get nearby pharmacies selling rationed masks (name, address, phone). Since the open data only had addresses, I built an address-to-coordinates pipeline to compute distance and recommend the closest stores — all running on Microsoft Azure for resilience under peak load.
以 Microsoft Azure AI 為核心、一天內快速上線的 LINE Chatbot，協助民眾查詢附近藥局的快篩試劑庫存資訊。延續「敗口罩」的雲端與資料能力，由微軟新聞中心專文報導，累積使用人數持續攀升，與「敗口罩」合計服務超過百萬名使用者。
A LINE chatbot powered by Microsoft Azure AI, shipped within a single day, helping people check rapid-test-kit availability at nearby pharmacies. Featured by the Microsoft News Center, it extended the cloud-and-data approach of "Buy Mask" — together serving over a million users.
透過著作持續推動企業與開發者理解新一代 AI 應用開發模式（皆為共同著作）。Co-authored books helping enterprises and developers adopt next-generation AI development patterns.
